Nuwaid Pocker

Founder and CEO

A seasoned entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in marketing, banking, and start-ups. He has an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Babson College, USA. Before starting Dieture, Nuwaid founded Crunch Doha, a fitness transformation business that offered scientifically-backed fitness training and nutrition programs. He also launched Fresh Box by Crunch Doha, his first entry into the diet food industry. Nuwaid has previously held positions as the Marketing and PR Manager at Barwa Bank and the Group Marketing Manager at BARWA Real Estate Group.

Bilyana Ilieva

Chief Operating Officer

She has an MBA in Hotels and Tourism Management from the University Center "Cesar Ritz" in Switzerland, which she received in November 2006. Before joining Dieture in January 2019, Bilyana worked with several luxury hotel brands, including St. Regis Aspen in the United States, the Luxury Collection in Mauritius, the W Doha in Qatar, Silverado in Napa, California, and the Chedi in Montenegro. In addition to her professional experience, Bilyana has a green belt in Six Sigma and the Art of Project Management, which she obtained between 2017 and 2018.

Rajesh Ramaswamy

Chief Financial Officer

With more than 32 years of experience at the senior management level, he is a seasoned finance executive with a diverse background in industries such as oil and gas, retail, dairy, and exports. Rajesh has expertise in financial management, controllership, treasury, financial reporting, integration, and project management. He is recognized as a results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills, integrity, and values. He has a proven track record of developing and leading highly effective teams to support global financial operations. Before his current role, Rajesh held leadership positions at companies such as Schlumberger, Archer, Almarai, Landmark Group, and Premier Marine Engineering. He has a CIMA Masters Degree from London.

Nizar Ahammed

Head of Logistics

Nizar has played a critical role in helping Dieture achieve its lean success by single-handedly designing and managing the company's logistics to optimize cost efficiency. He is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over six years of experience in business management, operations, and logistics. Nizar holds two post-graduate degrees and has expertise in problem-solving, risk management, vendor management, and logistics. He is also passionate about leadership and constantly seeks opportunities to grow and improve.

Habeeb Hamza

Chief Creative Officer

With over eight years of experience in the industry and having spent two years at Dieture, he is skilled in creating designs that engage and simplify the user experience. Habeeb has worked on various projects, including graphic design, portraits, and wall graffiti, and is always seeking new ways to push the boundaries of innovation. The world around him inspires him. He has achieved numerous accomplishments, including being a part of the Guinness World Record for the longest graffiti and winning first place in the watercolor category at Asia's most significant cultural festival. Habeeb received his undergraduate degree in communication design from the Symbiosis Institute of Design in India.

Dr. Mayssa Shublaq

Head of Nutrition

She is a medical doctor and a holistic health coach who strongly believes food is medicine. Maysa received her medical degree from the Faculté de Médecine University in Oran, Algeria, in 2012 and completed a health coaching program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, USA, in 2021. She has a diverse background in the medical field, having completed internships in different hospitals in Oran, Algeria, and trained at the General Hamad Hospital. Maysa also worked as a PMA at the KKT Spine Center in Qatar until 2016. In her current role as Head of Nutrition at Dieture, Maysa focuses on nutrition and functional and alternative medicine and coaches others on their wellness journey to help them live, feel, and look better.

Ahmed Salem

Executive Chef

He graduated in 2004 with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has over 25 years of extensive culinary experience in hotels and restaurants worldwide, including the Sheraton and Meridian Hotel in Lincoln, California. Ahmed focuses on healthy and diet cuisine and has served as the Executive Chef at Eat Smart in Kuwait and the GCC, where he developed unique recipes for athletes and weight loss. He is well-versed in international cuisine and strongly focuses on creating delicious and healthy dishes that customers can enjoy. Ahmed has specialized certifications in HACCP, hygiene, and food safety, and he joined Dieture at the beginning of 2022.

Ayoub El Ghatasse

Executive Pastry Chef

Ayoub joined the Dieture team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the pastry and hospitality industries. He has a strong background in the field of tourism and hotels, beginning his career in 2011. Ayoub holds a pastry technician diploma and a bachelor's degree in science, both received in 2010 and 2009. He has over five years of experience in the hospitality industry, including a five-year stint at one of the finest hotels in Doha, the St Regis Doha.
