Turns out there are other things that can help your brain achieve zen-like state.... A tonne of laugh!

When you laugh, your brain experiences freedom from thoughts - scientists call it 'inner silence'. So much so that there is even 'laughter meditation', which have been used for fun (and laughs, duh), and as a form of therapy.

So take a break, watch those funny memes.
