About the Role
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our Telephone Sales and Service team in selling healthy food subscriptions over calls and chat service. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, training and developing the sales team, and driving them towards achieving their goals.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of Telephone Sales and Service Executives to achieve sales targets
Set and communicate clear sales targets and KPIs
Train and develop the sales team to improve their sales techniques and customer service skills
Monitor and analyze the sales team's performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements:
Previous experience leading a sales team
Strong track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Highly driven and results-oriented
