About the Role

Experienced telephone and chat service/sales executive with an international inbound/outbound call centre or chat service experience. The ideal candidate will work from our Sousse office in Tunisia.

Requirements

Responsibilities:


Attend lead calls

Make outbound to provided calls and convert to customers

Type chat to provide customer service

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Plan follow-up calls, organise data and create reports

Manage customer onboarding process

Qualifications

Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic.
